Great to meet you!

I’m Rosemary, a licensed psychiatric nurse practitioner who is deeply committed to walking alongside you through life’s more tender and challenging moments. I work with adults who are navigating grief, loss, and major life transitions, and I also offer faith based therapy for those who want to incorporate their spiritual beliefs into the healing process.

Before specializing in mental health, I spent many years as a family nurse practitioner, which shaped the way I see people as whole and complex individuals. I believe everyone carries a story that deserves to be heard with care and respect. If you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or searching for meaning in a difficult season, I want to hear your story and help you find a way forward that feels true to you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, client centered, and holistic. I take time to truly listen and understand your experiences, your values, and what matters most to you. Together, we gently explore the barriers that may be holding you back and work toward healing in a way that feels thoughtful and supportive.

For clients who desire it, I can incorporate faith into our work in a way that feels natural and respectful. Whether we include spirituality or focus on other aspects of your life, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and encouraged. I believe growth happens when you feel supported, not rushed, and I will meet you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a calm and welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. There is no pressure to share everything at once. Instead, we move at a pace that feels comfortable for you as you talk about what brought you in and what you are hoping for moving forward.

We will spend time discussing your background, your current challenges, and what progress might look like in your life. It is completely normal to feel nervous, emotional, or even relieved during this first conversation. My focus is on helping you feel at ease and beginning to build a sense of trust. By the end of our time together, you will have a clearer sense of how we can work together and what the next steps may look like.
