Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual, bicultural licensed therapist with over 13 years of post-graduate experience supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. I have had the privilege of working with children, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings, including several government agencies. My work is grounded in cultural humility, compassion, and a deep commitment to helping clients navigate life's challenges.

In addition to therapy, I specialize in conducting immigration evaluations, providing thorough and trauma-informed assessments for a range of immigration cases, including asylum, VAWA, U-visas, and hardship waivers.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, or navigating cultural identity, I provide a safe and supportive space tailored to your unique needs and background.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and compassionate space where you are encouraged to share openly at your own pace. I will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand better your concerns, including the severity and frequency of your symptoms, your personal history, and current life stressors.

This session is also an opportunity for us to begin identifying your treatment goals and exploring what you hope to gain from therapy. My approach is collaborative and supportive—I will meet you where you are, without judgment, and work with you to develop a personalized plan that fits your needs and values.

Would you like to include language about being trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, or anything else specific to your approach?
