Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a dual board-certified Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist. I predominantly work with youth ages 6-18, but also provide medication management for adults in recovery from substance use disorders with medication assisted treatment.

After attending medical school at LECOM-Seton Hill in Pennsylvania, I completed my adult residency training in upstate New York, and fellowship training at Virginia Tech - Carilion.

My approach to therapy

Clients can count on me to use trauma-informed, adoption-informed, and evidence-based care in every session.

In addition to psychiatric medication management, my approach includes therapy tailored to the client's unique needs. I draw on skills from child-centered play therapy, CBT, DBT, and Collaborative and Proactive Solutions (CPS).

What you can expect from me

I work collaboratively with client and aim to empower decision making for all aspects of mental wellness. Medications are typically not a "magic pill," and I work with you to create resilient strategies for managing emotional challenges of day to day life.

Together, we can work towards a brighter, healthier future for your family.
