Great to meet you!

Hello! I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 25 years and feel blessed to walk through hard places (and good places!) with my clients.

I am passionate about helping people understand the issues in their lives that prevent them from living in freedom, and equipping them to make the changes necessary toward that freedom.

My approach to therapy

I am active in the therapeutic process - partnering in the work to help you get to the other side of whatever holds you back.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to gain an understanding of the problem, insights into how you "got there" and what to do to move beyond.

I seek to help you find or hold onto hope that you can change what is not going well and move to the other side toward freedom.
