Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD/OCPD, and the relationship challenges that can leave people feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I have advanced training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps people respond to difficult thoughts and emotions with greater flexibility while building a life that reflects what matters most to them. I believe the best therapy is both compassionate and grounded in science, so I stay current with the latest research in eating disorder treatment and psychotherapy. As an active member of the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science, I am committed to providing care that is thoughtful, effective, and tailored to each person's unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as an opportunity to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and create meaningful change. Rather than focusing solely on symptom reduction, I help clients understand the patterns that have shaped how they think, feel, and relate to themselves and others. Together, we'll cultivate greater flexibility, self-compassion, and resilience so that difficult thoughts and emotions no longer dictate your choices or define your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. I'll want to understand what brings you to therapy, what's been feeling difficult, and what you're hoping will be different in your life. Just as importantly, it's a chance for you to get a sense of me and decide whether I feel like the right fit. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable enough to be yourself. Together, we'll begin identifying the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and discuss a path forward that feels both meaningful and achievable.
