Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist with over 15 years of experience working with adults, children, and adolescents with a wide range of goals. I have worked in outpatient, private practice, inpatient, school, and hospital settings and was the Director of Clinical Training for a psychology internship program at Columbia University.

My approach to therapy

I create a safe and supportive space for you to share openly and find healthy ways to manage anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationships. I also work with people who are twice exceptional and gifted to understand their strengths/needs and meet their potential. I use evidence-based practices to help you achieve your goals, as well as flexibility by meeting you where you are therapeutically.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm and empathetic space to help you reflect, gain insight, and reach your goals. By focusing on your strengths and areas you hope to grow, together we will find healthy ways to manage emotions and life stressors.
