About Me
I believe that people have the strength and the resources they need to live the life they want, but sometimes they need guidance and support along the way. I work with clients with diverse socioeconomic, ethnic, religious and sexual orientation backgrounds.
The majority of my 17 years of social work experience has been working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress management and relationship challenges.
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals, couples and families who are struggling find a greater sense of peace and joy in life's complex journey. My practice style is goal orientated. The initial visit will consist of information gathering and determining together achievable goals. Evening appointments are available.
