Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker and Army combat veteran, I bring both lived experience and professional training to my work with clients. I specialize in supporting veterans, military families, and first responders, but I also work with individuals from all backgrounds navigating anxiety, depression, and trauma. My approach is grounded in connection—I take the time to truly get to know each client, creating a safe, collaborative space where healing can begin.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative framework that blends EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and somatic-based practices, tailored to each client’s unique needs. With a strengths-based lens, I focus on helping individuals recognize trauma responses, build resilience, and develop tools to manage and heal. Whether you're facing the effects of past trauma, chronic stress, or working through a difficult life transition, my goal is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, purpose, and peace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to walk away from sessions with me feeling heard, supported, and empowered. My goal is to help each person better understand themselves—especially how past experiences, trauma, or stress might be showing up in their lives today. Through our work together, clients gain practical tools to manage anxiety, improve mood, and respond more effectively to triggers or stressors.

They also learn how to reconnect with their strengths, set healthy boundaries, and build a greater sense of self-awareness and self-compassion. Over time, many clients report feeling more grounded, more confident in navigating challenges, and more aligned with the life they want to live. Healing isn’t easy, but I provide a steady, nonjudgmental presence to walk with clients every step of the way.
