Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and adults through a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. I specialize in working with individuals who may have complex needs or have felt resistant to therapy in the past. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Widener University and bring a background in both direct care and clinical practice.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should meet you where you are. That means honoring your pace, your goals, and your unique experiences. I use evidence-based practices—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed care—to support your growth in a way that feels meaningful and manageable for you.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will focus on helping you reconnect with your strengths, better understand yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or looking for longer-term support, my goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
