Great to meet you!

I'm Sarah Hoolihan, LMHC in the aloha state of Hawaii. I'm here to help you work on improving the parts of your life that have become tangled and overwhelming. Your therapy is about you.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of CBT and exposure therapy to help clients build confidence and retrain their brains in managing anxiety. I also enjoy helping clients reframe their self-talk so that they develop better relationships with themselves.

What you can expect from me

Besides covering the necessary bases and history, I like to give clients at least one or two tools to use during the first therapy session. At the end of our first session, you should leave feeling confident you learned something new and have another way to handle hardships.
