Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who specializes in providing comprehensive psychological evaluations and assessments for ADHD, Autism and psychological disorders. I also provide therapy to individuals and couples dealing with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress related to multiracial relationships and mixed-race families.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrated approach to therapy, drawing from treatments that are backed by science, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, I work from a cultural perspective, this means bringing attention to how your background, experiences, and identities impact your relationship with yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

My aim is to help you develop the self-awareness and insight necessary to thrive in intimate relationships and to collaboratively discover coping skills to achieve a healthy emotional life.

If you are interested in setting up a session, please contact me to schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation.
