Great to meet you!

I'm a psychiatric nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience in mental health. I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, stress, sleep concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel more steady, clear, and in control—not just get through the day. I take a thoughtful, personalized approach that combines medication management with supportive therapy, so care feels collaborative rather than rushed or one-size-fits-all.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and thoughtful approach to care. I don't believe in quick fixes or on-size-fits-all treatment plans. Instead, I focus on understanding the full picture—your symptoms, lifestyle, stressors, and goals. When medication is part of the plan, I use it carefully and intentionally. I also incorporate supportive therapy and practical strategies so you leave sessions with clarity and direction, not just a prescription. I may not be the best fit for individuals seeking quick medication-only visits without a broader treatment approach. I work best with individuals who are open to a collaborative, structured process and willing to actively participate in their care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a comprehensive but comfortable conversation. We'll talk through your current concerns, history, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment. You can expect a structured but relaxed session where you will not feel rushed. By the end of the visit, we will discuss a clear plan—whether than includes medication, therapy strategies, or next steps - so you leave feeling understood and supported.
