Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through life’s most complex emotional, relational, and health-related challenges. With a Master’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University, I bring a deeply informed, trauma-sensitive, and sex-positive approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities—from supporting Veterans in the VA’s Home-Based Primary Care Program in Los Angeles, to providing compassionate end-of-life care with VITAS Healthcare, and empowering caregivers and older adults in Washington, D.C. My clinical style is integrative and collaborative, drawing on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Theory, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

What you can expect from me

Whether I’m working with someone navigating grief, relationship transitions, identity exploration, or caregiving stress, my goal is to create a safe, affirming space where healing and growth are possible. I also bring a strong foundation in LGBTQ+ affirmative care, informed by my academic training and personal commitment to equity and inclusion.
