Great to meet you!

Asking for help can look unattainable when you are already trying to find a reason to keep going. Whether you are overwhelmed with the "stuff" on your plate today or it has been something building for years, taking that first step can be difficult. Sometimes we need a place to talk things through, a place that is free from judgment. I know that I am not where I thought I'd be 5 years ago; life is rough, but you do not have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, we will identify the issues that are going on and tear them down. You deserve the best life possible and through therapy you will be able to gain the knowledge and confidence to achieve your goals. I have been trained in several evidence-based techniques and use those skills in an individualized treatment plan designed specifically for you.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are for you and we will work at your pace and on your goals. I do have one goal for you, which is that you are empowered to continue to set in motion the ideal plan to achieve your best life. “It is your time to empower yourself.” -Joan Marie Whelan (2014)
