Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience helping adults navigate trauma and reclaim a sense of safety and empowerment.

My approach to therapy

As a Janina Fisher–certified practitioner in Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), I specialize in parts work and approaches that honor the complexity of trauma. My practice provides a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment where clients can feel understood and supported as they work toward greater stability, self-awareness, and empowerment. Together, we focus on reducing distress, strengthening coping skills, and fostering lasting change so clients can move forward with confidence and hope.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll meet in a space of acceptance and respect, where your experiences are honored without judgment. My goal is to understand what brought you to therapy and begin exploring what feels most important to you right now. Together, we’ll set the foundation for a collaborative process focused on your needs, goals, and sense of safety. This is your time, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
