Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is personable and passionate about my work as a therapist. I was trained at Columbia University and I specialize in working with people who are coping with cancer, anxiety, depression, grief and relationship issues. I have a multicultural background. I chose a career that would bring me in contact with people on a personal level. Your mental health matters to me.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have a small independent practice where you will receive personalized attention. You'll experience a comfortable and safe environment where you can explore issues that are important to you. I often integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT) and other coping skills to help you regulate your emotions and reduce unwanted behaviors. I also use Brainspotting, a process that unlocks the brains amazing ability for healing and optimization. Most of my work is done via telehealth.

What you can expect from our first session

During the first few sessions, I will focus on listening to you and understanding what you are looking for. Together we can develop a plan that fits your unique mental health needs.
