Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with adults (18+) experiencing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and life transitions. I earned my Bachelor’s from Spring Arbor University and my Master’s from Western Michigan University, where I also completed a certification in Trauma Across the Lifespan. My training includes EMDR, DBT, and CBT, and I’m passionate about creating a space where clients feel safe, supported, and accepted.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. I use a trauma-informed approach to help clients process difficult experiences, build healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

The first session is all about getting to know you! We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, your goals, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once. I want you to feel comfortable, supported, and leave with a better idea of how we’ll work together moving forward.
