Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field for a over 10 years now. I have experience working in inpatient, outpatient, emergency/crisis services, and residential facilities. I have worked with a variety of populations, including but not limited to those suffering with severe and persistent mental illness, PTSD, OCD, Anxiety, Depression, Autism spectrum disorders, and personality disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe it’s best to meet clients in whichever season of life they are in, so we can collaborate on a unique map for their therapeutic journey. I believe in empowering my clients to step into the most authentic, well adjusted and healthy version of themselves, and to help unblock hidden potential.

What you can expect from our first session

I typically like to end sessions with a small, measurable goal to hone in on. Often times, sessions with me may end with a mantra to repeat throughout the week. Clients can expect to feel more hopeful and supported after sessions with me.
