Great to meet you!

If you're a woman or teenage girl who looks like you have it all together on the outside but feels overwhelmed, stuck, or mentally exhausted behind the scenes, I see you. Whether you're balancing career demands, relationships, personal expectations, or simply trying to hold it all together, therapy can be a space where you don't have to carry everything alone. With over 10 years of experience, I specialize in supporting women and teenage girls navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges, with an emphasis on emotional regulation and boundary setting. I have a strong passion for supporting Black women and girls, creating a space where you can show up fully, feel understood, and be supported without having to explain your entire world.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and real. I'm not here to judge or overcomplicate things. I focus on helping you slow down, process what's actually going on, and gain clarity around your thoughts, emotions, and patterns. We'll build practical strategies you can use in your day-to-day life, and I tailor each session to your needs so our work feels relevant, supportive, and actionable. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your life, more connected to yourself, and better equipped to handle whatever comes your way.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a comfortable, supportive space. We'll talk through what's been going on, what brought you to therapy, and what you're hoping to get out of the process. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share everything all at once. I'll ask thoughtful questions to understand your experiences, and we'll begin identifying areas to focus on. By the end, you can expect to feel heard, supported, and have a clearer sense of what working together could look like.
