Great to meet you!

The most important job I have as your therapist is to make sure I am ready and present to engage with you during this process. I know seeking therapy is not easy, so my goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment for you to be comfortable to express your needs. I do not have a magic wand, but I have a toolbox from 25 years of practice.

My approach to therapy

I am most proud of my ability to show up for you and work with you through your journey. I am strength based, solution-focused, and compassionately honest, which means I will challenge you and support you at the same time. My goal is to help you be the best human you were meant to be, knowing your potential and living your highest purpose.

What you can expect from me

Expect to question old patterns and behaviors. Be open to learning about yourself as you navigate the challenges of life. You will leave sessions with a deeper understanding of who you are and how you want to move forward in your life.
