Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker and certified coach who offers a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to therapy. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help you feel supported, empowered, and clear about attainable next steps. I integrate evidence-based therapy with mindfulness to support whole-person well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and goal-oriented. I draw from cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy, while integrating mindfulness and meditation to support emotional regulation and resilience. I focus on practical tools, self-awareness, and empowering clients to take ownership of what they can control, supporting meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session together, we'll establish a supportive space to get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. We’ll discuss your goals, current challenges, and what you’re hoping to gain, at a pace that feels comfortable. You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental conversation and a clearer sense of direction by the end of the session.
