Great to meet you!

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m both compassionate and honest. I create a space where people can speak openly without judgment while also being gently challenged to grow. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative therapy, Adlerian therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients understand patterns, build skills, and create meaningful change. I specialize in working with couples to improve communication, rebuild trust after infidelity, and strengthen emotional and physical intimacy. I also support individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse, sexual trauma, and the impact of high-conflict divorce. In addition, I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental environment where they feel safe to speak openly about difficult experiences. I strive to create a space that is both compassionate and honest, where you will feel heard while also being gently challenged to grow. Our work together will be collaborative, practical, and focused on meaningful change. I aim to help clients gain insight, build effective coping skills, and strengthen their relationships so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
