Hello, I'm Shashana Carter. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and board-approved supervisor, with over 15 years of professional, life and clinical experience. I work with individuals 18-70 to resolve conflict and improve functioning in the lives of my clients. My specialty areas include depression, grief, life direction, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, women's issues and just wanting a sounding board and someone to help with the struggles of life. Using an evidence-based person-centered approach, and solution-focused perspective will empower clients to overcome obstacles achieve realistic goals and provide solutions to problematic issues getting in the way of living a healthier lifestyle and having a more positive mindset.
