Great to meet you!

I am a licensed LCPC in Maine, holding a Master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. My professional experience includes being a therapist for over 10 years. During this time, I have worked at licensed agencies, mental health hospitals and schools. I have worked with a variety of populations including children, adolescents, and adults. I have had specialized training in working with clients who have experienced trauma and addiction. I also have experience working with clients on the autism spectrum.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My counseling approach integrates evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s needs. I utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, trauma-informed care, DBT, and psychoeducation to support clients in achieving their personal and emotional goals. I believe in a collaborative approach in which clients identify their own goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to build the therapeutic relationship from day one. This includes helping clients rekindle hope and purpose for their lives. I work hard at creating an affirming and judgement free environment for all my clients.
