Great to meet you!

Hi, I am Sheryl, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years’ experience helping clients of all ages with posttraumatic stress, depression, anxiety and clients with neurodivergent issues which affect daily living. I professionally and personally understand how post-traumatic stress can affect every aspect of life and the lives of loved ones. I graduated with academic excellence from Ursuline College in Ohio with a master’s in art therapy and counseling. I also have been practicing as a registered nurse for 25 years and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

My approach to therapy

There is no single approach that works with every client. As well as using verbal approaches, I am an experienced art therapist, and continue to educate myself with multiple therapies, including play therapy, poetry and narrative therapies to meet client’s individual needs.

What you can expect from me

I believe in a holistic approach to healing and continue to educate and explore evidence-based therapies in service for all my clients.
