Great to meet you!

Are you or your teen struggling with feelings of anxiety, insecurity or overwhelm? Can you be critical of yourself, or unable to keep from lashing out at others? Is an unresolved trauma impacting your current relationship with yourself or others? Know that you are not alone and that I am here to help you build resiliency and heal the relationship with yourself and those around you.

My approach to therapy

Simone uses an integrated approach to therapy based on an individual’s needs and preferences. She incorporates the philosophies of Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Brainspotting to name a few.

What you can expect from me

Simone believes that a positive relationship between the client and counselor is necessary for change to occur. That every person has the ability to grow and heal, and that if we are in a safe and accepting environment we can reach our full potential. Simone works with adults and teens to overcome their negative internal critic or unresolved trauma using evidence-based therapies to build resilience, develop effective coping strategies and foster positive change and healing.
