As an experienced clinician, I have worked with every age group providing various forms of crisis intervention. I have over 20 years of experience and a strong foundation in many areas of Social work from the Psych ED to Domestic Violence Court and Perinatal Social Work. In the last decade, I have shifted to EAP work with employees and their families in corporate, federal, intelligence, and military settings.

I am passionate about helping people in their everyday lives manage challenges and crises find resources and support to restore balance during some of their most chaotic, and stressful times. I believe Therapy is an opportunity to help people navigate change, promote growth and restore hope along their journey. Life can create challenges ranging from minor to major, brief to long-term and even the most resilient, will benefit from an empathetic and non-judgemental ear during those times. Unfortunately, I do not work with trauma clients.

I like to start with a brief introduction, then I will give some background about what our session structure will look like. Next, we can get into the main reason you are seeking therapy. This will help us with an understanding of the flow of each session and provide guidance for creating a personalized treatment plan.
