Great to meet you!

I am a LMFT, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who discovered her passion while in her own therapy sessions. After a career as a school teacher in France, I decided to follow my heart and build my career as a counselor where I truly and deeply belong.

I have experience working with a diverse group of clientele (Caucasian, African-American, Asian, Hispanic, socio economic, single parents,..) that has enriched me with the gift of cultural diversity.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment that help you deal with your personal challenges. I have a special interest in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, parenting, co-parenting, and life transitions such as divorce or job loss.

Using a collaborative approach, wherein we talk through issues, I offer you feedback, reflective listening, and psycho-education.

What you can expect from me

The first session is dedicated to create a strong connection with you while getting to understand what your specific needs are through a thorough assessment. At the end of the session, I provide a comprehensive feedback that defines the treatment goals. Over time, you will be able to understand yourself better, improve your relationships with others, make thoughtful decisions, develop coping skills, and learn how to empower yourself.
