Great to meet you!

You deserve to feel seen, heard and understood, to be your best self and live your best life! My goal is to create an empowering space to draw from your strengths in overcoming current challenges. I work collaboratively with clients to establish ongoing, flexible goals for therapy to make our sessions most effective. I am particularly interested in the stories we tell about our lives and the meaning we make of them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is warm, interactive, and nonjudgmental. I will treat you with respect, empathy, and compassion. I address issues with relationships, sexuality, gender, career, depression, anxiety, trauma, loss, stress, and family among other topics. I enjoy working with diverse clients, racial/ethnic, and LGBTQ backgrounds.

What you can expect from our first session

I am passionate about my role as a counselor and find it to be an honor and privilege to support others in bringing a greater sense of meaning and satisfaction to life. I will collaborate with you to co-create a therapeutic experience. I invite you to reach out to me today. I look forward to hearing from you!
