Great to meet you!

I have worked in the community with the purpose of helping people for 27 years. I have worked as a Crisis Counselor with High School Students who struggle with homelessness while working toward their High School diploma. I also have worked with survivors of Sexual Assault and their families. Providing court advocacy and support during the most difficult time of their lives. My passion is helping families connect to their children and create a house into a home.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is based on the individuals needs. I hold a certificate in TF-CBT. In addition I have worked with many behavioral based modalities tailored to the person in session.

What you can expect from me

A client has the expectations to become a better version of themselves. This can look different for every person, why not make the therapy experience meet the needs of the client? Within the first three visits we will set treatment goals and objectives that can be obtained through sessions, psychoeducational materials and a calm environment.
