Great to meet you!

I believe in each person being an individual and having differing needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy modalities into the therapy along with meditation, if acceptable by individual. The most important piece is developing trust and warmth. I explore organic methods, diet, exercise, proper sleep, but do not judge the use of medication to alleviate symptoms.

A bit about my approach to therapy

We all need to feel liked and accepted for therapy to be fulfilling . In therapy, we need to feel that our feelings are not being judged, but rather nurtured. There is not one particular modality that works, however I do recommend CBT, as I feel that what we think influences all aspects of our lives. We all have areas of our lives that we can improve upon.

What you can expect from our first session

Every client should feel that their feelings and needs are being heard and addressed. The more we like ourselves, the more fulfilling are our lives. Each client should leave the session with a feeling of hope.
