Great to meet you!

My therapeutic work is centered in compassion, empowerment and a belief in the capacity for meaningful growth. It is an honor to witness the resilience, growth, and healing that can unfold through attuned and collaborative therapy.

I have taken intentional and thoughtful steps to develop skills in multiple evidence-based treatment approaches to effectively support individuals navigating Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Phobias, Family and Relational Challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from SUNY Oswego and I am currently licensed in New York State as an LMHC.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is one that is flexible while also structured. I enjoy being able to cultivate a therapeutic space that can change as your needs change. My goal is to provide insightful feedback in real time, support deeper processing, while also exploring appropriate techniques and coping strategies that will align with your therapy goals.

What you can expect from me

Working with me you can expect, a safe space for self exploration, healing, empowerment and problem-solving. I believe each session is an opportunity to freely be yourself through exploring your past, present and/or working to cultivate helpful strategies to take with you from the present day and on.
