Great to meet you!

I'm a non-traditional therapist who has practiced for 25 years, being a graduate from the University of Missouri. I bring warmth, humor, and authenticity into every session, creating a space because I believe in adapting to the unique personality of each person I see. I bring skills of certification in EMDR, trauma informed yoga, treatment of complex trauma, addictions, depression, bipolar, and eating disorders.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm, honest, and creative approach to therapy, grounded in years of experience with diverse populations. My work is tailored through each client's distinct life story, helping clients break patterns, build resilience, and move toward lasting growth. I value real connection and believe real change comes from real conversations. Together we will build a space that is safe and empowering with a touch of humor to make the process both meaningful and approachable.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to walk away from sessions feeling heard, validated and equipped with practical tools for real life challenges. They'll gain deeper insight into their patterns, build emotional resilience, and develop healthier ways to navigate relationships, stress, and personal growth. Most importantly they will feel supported in a space that's honest, transformative, and tailored to their individual journey.
