Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and it can be the first step toward meaningful and lasting change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply wanting life to feel more manageable, therapy can help you build clarity, resilience, and a stronger sense of balance.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults and older teens who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and challenges with daily living. Many of the people I support feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or impacted by past experiences or relationships. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where you can openly explore what’s been weighing on you and how you can make changes that can help you manage challenges more effectively.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect to discuss how the therapy process works, what their role is and how I see my role.
