Stephanie Heck

Hello! I’m Stephanie Heck and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 20 years experience. I was trained in marriage and family therapy and art therapy in LA California. There are two parts to my practice- therapy services and Lyme Disease support. I work with teens, individuals, couples and families on a variety of issues, such as relationship discord, anxiety and Trauma. In addition, I know the language of functional medicine and emotional journey of recovering from Lyme+.

As a therapist, I work with many modalities including traditional talk therapy, art therapy, EMDR and family systems work to name a few. I use education, humor and feedback as a way to bring about change and enjoy helping people by getting to the source of the dysfunction. In regards to Lyme support, I know the journey to healing from Lyme is individualized - I can help you find YOUR way!

My hope is to be able to help people feel safe enough to discover the hidden origins of what is not working in their lives and empower them to make changes. I work collaboratively with folks, knowing they are the expert on themselves, and I am an adept guide to helping them look inside. My experience is that I am able to move the needle for folks and bring about positive change in their lives.
