My approach to therapy

I think that you will find my approach is compassionate and non-judgmental. I believe in taking a multi-modality approach starting with therapy. We will work together to help you nurture and reach your mental health goals using evidence-based treatment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session I can help you determine the severity of your anxiety symptoms, source of worry or stressors. Additionally, I will work with you and make recommendations for treatment, assist in identifying triggers, make a plan to resolve past trauma, improve relationships, and teach healthier coping skills to overcome future anxiety problems.
