Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, graduated from Simmons University (located in Boston). I have years working as a therapist, and my people (clients) have often told me that I have found ways to connect without judging them. I am humble, have a sense of humor, and help you validate self. Mental Health care is the work that you put into your healthiness, and I am with you along the way on your journey. I believe that you are not meant to manage the hard stuff alone, and that it starts with teamwork.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to validate you and your experience, engage in sharing evidence-based modalities, customize therapy to meet your needs as you customize the information as you do the mental health work. Most importantly, I sit with you and meet you where you are without judgment. Healing happens with hard work, acceptance, and without judgment!

What you can expect from me

You can expect on your first visit, an intake assessment, where I ask you questions to get to know some things about you and what brings you in to visit. Many times, we can include mental health goals during this visit, and if not, we usually complete the goals during the second visit.
