Great to meet you!

Despite being in this career for well over a decade, I still love what I do. I treat individuals, adults, couples and families with a wide variety of issues. My experience includes family issues, depression, stress management, anxiety, adjustment/transitions, chronic illness, self-harm, child/parent conflict, grief, career counseling, pre-marital, school issues, and trauma (PTSD), and more.

My approach to therapy

Creating a positive solid therapeutic alliance with clients is the first priority. Developing trust between therapist and client is key for therapy to be successful. I use an eclectic theoretical approach, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), solution-focused, client-centered, Adlerian, motivational interviewing and more. Therapy is specifically tailored to your individual needs. I approach therapy as a partnered approach because YOU are the expert regarding your feelings and experiences.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out to a new therapist can be difficult, therefore, my goal is to make it as easy as possible. I am a licensed professional counselor and a nationally certified. Reach out for a free 15 minute consultation to ask any questions you may have. We will work together in finding what direction is best for you, and helping you maximize the happiness in your life. There is hope!
