Great to meet you!

Throughout my professional journey, I have worked in diverse settings such as correctional facilities, court systems, schools, and community mental health centers. These experiences have provided me with extensive insight into the challenges faced by individuals affected by the criminal legal system and have reinforced my commitment to abolitionist practices.

My approach to therapy

I believe in decolonized therapy practices, which challenge the dominant narratives that often pathologize the experiences of marginalized communities. My approach involves recognizing the impact of systemic oppression, colonial histories, and cultural context on mental health. I also provide neurodivergent-affirming care, recognizing the unique experiences and needs of neurodivergent individuals. My therapeutic approach is integrative, combining traditional methods with specialized techniques.

What you can expect from me

I would like my clients to walk away from our sessions feeling heard and better prepared to navigate their journey of self-acceptance.
