My approach is collaborative, practical, and emotionally grounded. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, mindfulness-informed, and solution-focused approaches, while tailoring the work to each client’s needs.
I pay close attention to the patterns that keep people stuck: old stories, automatic reactions, avoidance, people-pleasing, fear, or the quiet belief that things cannot change. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand yourself more clearly, respond to life with more choice, and build a more honest and steady way forward.
I work well with adults who want both support and directness — a space that is compassionate, but also willing to name what needs to be faced.
