Great to meet you!

My approach is collaborative, practical, and emotionally grounded. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, strengths-based, mindfulness-informed, and solution-focused approaches, while tailoring the work to each client’s needs.

I pay close attention to the patterns that keep people stuck: old stories, automatic reactions, avoidance, people-pleasing, fear, or the quiet belief that things cannot change. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It is about helping you understand yourself more clearly, respond to life with more choice, and build a more honest and steady way forward.

I work well with adults who want both support and directness — a space that is compassionate, but also willing to name what needs to be faced.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will take time to understand what brings you to therapy, what has been weighing on you, and what you would like to be different. I will ask questions about your current concerns, your history, your strengths, and what has or has not helped in the past.

You do not need to have everything figured out before we meet. The first session is a starting point. My goal is to create a calm, respectful space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and begin to identify the next steps for our work together.

By the end of the first session, we will usually have a clearer sense of your goals, what you need most right now, and how therapy can support you moving forward.
