Great to meet you!

With over 12 years of experience, I specialize in working with children, adults, and families who have experienced trauma, attachment disruptions, and early relational challenges. With a background rooted in trauma-informed, developmentally sensitive care, I support healing across the lifespan — from infancy through adulthood.

My approach is grounded in the belief that strong, secure relationships are central to emotional wellness. Whether you're a parent struggling to connect with your child, an adult navigating the long-term effects of early trauma, or a family working to repair and rebuild trust, I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to explore your journey.

My goal is to support lasting change—within individuals, families, and communities—through relational healing and compassionate guidance.

Whether you’re a parent seeking support, an adult or child survivor of trauma, or a professional looking for consultation, I bring warmth, experience, and a deep understanding of the human capacity to grow and heal.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to support healing through relationships — building safety, trust, and the capacity to thrive.

My practice focuses on:

  • Infant & Early Childhood Mental Health: Supporting emotional development, regulation, and secure attachment from the earliest years.
  • Parenting & Caregiver Support: Helping parents understand and respond to their children’s needs with confidence and attunement.
  • Attachment-Focused Therapy: Healing relational wounds and fostering connection between children, caregivers, and partners.
  • Trauma & Domestic Violence Recovery: Working with individuals and families impacted by complex trauma, with safety and empowerment at the core.
  • Family-Centered Work: Addressing patterns within the family system to promote healing, resilience, and connection.

What you can expect from me

I bring warmth, relational expertise, and a deep respect for your unique story. The first session can be daunting, but you can expect to have a very laid-back, client-counselor relationship building session. You do not have to be prepared with your fully story. I want to meet you where you are and at a comfortable pace for you.
