approach that honors both emotional pain and the strength it takes to keep going.
In sessions, I’m warm, direct, and collaborative. We focus on what’s happening now, what it connects to, and what you need to feel more stable and more like yourself. My work is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-based work, and family systems theory. We can address patterns, strengthen coping skills, and improve relationships from the inside out.
