I am passionate about working with neuro-diverse populations in various capacities. My expertise is in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. My mission is to deliver high quality support to individuals who are navigating this world with Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Trauma, ADHD, mood difficulties or are neurodivergent. I am Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD- CCSP).

My approach to therapy

I pride myself on being warm, encouraging and open-minded. My style is proactive and solution focused emphasizing the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship. I am passionate about creating tools to overcome executive functioning barriers. I believe therapy lends itself to working as a team, so that you can make the changes you need.

I want you to feel better as quickly as possible whether that's through achieving set goals, processing life experiences or validation. My goal is for the person I am working with to feel seen and respected so that we can work toward a trusting relationship.
