Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in anxiety, or repeating patterns in relationships that you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

With over 25 years of experience, I work with adults, teens, and couples to better understand what’s driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—and how to create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is tailored to you: supportive and collaborative, while also gently challenging you to grow, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Therapy is a process of change and transformation. I’ll walk alongside you as we work toward greater clarity, stronger relationships, and an overall improved quality of life

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in building a strong, trusting relationship. At the same time, I’m direct when it’s helpful—gently challenging you to look at patterns that may be keeping you stuck so real change can happen.

I tailor each session to your needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), and EMDR. This allows us to not only understand what you’re going through, but also develop practical tools to help you feel better and move forward.

What you can expect from me

y goal is for you to feel genuinely understood, accepted, and supported in our work together. From that foundation, we’ll identify clear, meaningful goals and create a path forward that feels realistic and aligned with what you want for your life.

Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about making progress. Together, we’ll work toward lasting change so you can feel more confident, balanced, and in control.
