Great to meet you!

I have worked with children, families, and individuals in many settings over the past 30 years. I have been an elementary school teacher, hospice social worker, maternal health social worker in the hospital setting, clinical supervisor in public school setting, and private practice. I especially enjoy working with teenagers and women, focusing on clinical areas of anxiety, depression, perinatal depression, grief/loss, and life adjustments.

My approach to therapy

I like to build a connection with people and create a warm and inviting place that allows for healing.

What you can expect from me

During our first session we will determine treatment goals and review them periodically. Outcomes and expectations may change over the course of therapy. Progress will be assessed by the client and myself. I expect clients to feel less anxious and less stressed as therapy progresses, and healthy coping skills are utilized.

I am taking new virtual clients now and will see clients in person at my new location starting 9/2/25.
