Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges on your own. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Illinois and Indiana, I've spent more than 13 years helping individuals, couples, and families work through anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, addiction, work-related stress, and the effects of emotional, physical, or sexual abuse. In addition to providing therapy, I serve as a clinical director at a private practice and am currently working toward my doctorate, allowing me to continue growing as both a clinician and advocate for my clients.

My approach to therapy

I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy because every person brings a unique story and set of strengths. My style is warm, engaging, and collaborative, and I tailor each treatment plan to meet your individual needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and a holistic, strengths-based perspective. For clients facing career or workplace concerns, I also incorporate skills and values assessments with job coaching when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other and talking about what brought you to therapy. I'll listen to your concerns, learn about your goals, and work with you to develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward with confidence.
