Great to meet you!

I have been practicing as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for more than 11 years. I have supported clients in acute, residential, court/correctional, in home, and clinic-based settings. I have worked with groups and individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health, substance use, and brain injury. I have a special passion for the sacrifices made by Veterans and caregivers.

My approach to therapy

I see each individual as exactly that, uniquely individual. There is no one size fits all, predetermined plan. I want to understand your goals, passions, and challenges. Together we will explore what is it that is truly important to you and create an actionable plan to move you closer to the life you're dreaming of.

What you can expect from me

Action. Change is hard and sometimes scary. We may stay stuck in unhealthy habits because they're predictable. By connecting to your core values and motivation we can find that staying stuck is even more scary than change. We will partner to find success through action.
