Great to meet you!

Trauma affects everyone differently and can leave lasting emotional and physical impacts. It can lead to feelings of anxiety, depression, grief, and disconnection, often making life feel overwhelming or uncertain. You may find yourself struggling with family or relationship conflicts, career stress, or a sense of being stuck — but healing is possible.

I work with adults who are ready to grow, heal, and make meaningful changes in their lives. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, coping with loss, or rebuilding after trauma, I offer a compassionate and supportive space where you can process your experiences and develop tools to move forward with strength and clarity.

Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back, foster deeper self-understanding, and create lasting change—so you can step into the next chapter of your life with confidence and renewed purpose.

My approach to therapy

My work focuses on helping individuals heal from trauma and its lasting impact. I specialize in trauma-related patterns and behaviors, including childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and domestic violence, as well as anxiety-related disorders, OCD, C-PTSD, family conflict, and parenting challenges.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support your healing process. Together, we’ll work to identify and shift unhelpful patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen your connection to your inner resilience—helping you move toward a more grounded, empowered, and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll process painful experiences, manage anxiety, and build practical tools that support your emotional growth and resilience. My goal is to guide you on a path toward healing—helping you navigate life’s transitions with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I’m deeply passionate about supporting individuals through the transformative process of change. I believe that with the right support, life’s challenges can become powerful opportunities for growth and renewal. Watching clients step into new chapters of their lives, empowered and self-assured, is one of the most rewarding parts of my work.

If you’re ready to begin your healing journey and are looking for a compassionate, goal-oriented therapist, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can help you move forward with strength and intention—creating a life that truly reflects who you are and who you’re becoming.

I am part of a trauma group practice, Irimiya Trauma Therapy in Ventura, CA. I offer in office or online therapy. You can schedule through Headway or call our Intake Coordinator at 805-509-0296.
