Great to meet you!

First, let’s take a breath and acknowledge how incredibly insightful you are for seeking therapy in the first place! At first sight, therapy on its surface appears to be daunting, and it usually demands a lot of effort from the person seeking therapy, but alas, the commitment to therapy is well worth it, because you are worth it. We owe it to ourselves to be just as invested in our mental and physical self-care, as we are in our professional lives and interpersonal relationships.
