I'm a licensed professional counselor in PA with experience working with teens to middle aged adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, life transitions or even just everyday stress. I am also a Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional but focus mainly on adolescents and older. I
Through building a strong rapport and using a genuine approach I am able to assist my clients in achieving their goals and living a happier life. Throughout our time together in therapy we will explore past events that impact the way you view the world, learn coping skills, identify the things that are keeping you stuck and learn how to become the person you want to be.
Our first session will be our intake session where I will gather background information, we'll get to know each other and establish goals for therapy. You can expect it to feel very conversational and warm.
